Assessing Your Community This session, in combination with the trainee-directed activities on community assessment, provide trainees with basic information, skills and examples to understand the value of asset-based approaches and to implement such tools both in their training and Volunteer sites.
In the PDM Workshop, Volunteers and their colleagues learn how to involve community members in a process of analyzing, planning, and implementing projects that meet their needs and desires.
