Creation, launch and implementation of multiple projects both independently and in collaboration with other international non-profit organizations such as World Vision and the Special Olympics fueled cultural exchanges, dramatically increasing member satisfaction.

Reading Intervention Educator - Waukegan High School, Waukegan, IL 2008-2010
Through instruction with Scholastic’s Read 180 program and Reading Academy, students received an increase in reading skills while demonstrating growth on nation-wide assessments. Other responsibilities included differentiating lessons based on student data, providing enrichment instruction and building competency skills.
