Gifts for Teachers & Schools: Something To Remember Me By

The Albanian culture is laced with traditional gift giving and some of these customs even require giving gifts to someone that they have never met before. On birthdays, the person celebrating must give gifts or candy to everyone around them, which is the opposite of the American tradition. The Albanian's love of gift-giving is a wonderful and generous one, often times showing how some without much, are willing to give a lot. I wanted to end my volunteer service with giving everyone who touched my heart, something to remember me by, as if our memories weren't enough.
