Pedagogy: Professional Development

Professional development targeted towards instructional strategies have immediate impacts on students' learning on a day to day basis, but trainings on improving a teacher's pedagogies can have lifelong impacts. By targeting trainings that addressed school and district wide needs, the hopes of creating sustainable change is through changes in one's pedagogies.
